    I normally work out with the group sessions but while out of town, I will be able to use live video therefore, I will use archived videos . Looking forward to this journey

    Hi! Mr. Crooks I saw your you by accident on youtube and looking at the before and after pictures of your clients and it was amazing what God can do through you and to his people I am over 300 pounds and I need 2 knee replacements done but can’t get surgery unless I lose down to under 300 pounds and I live here in Texas I just wonder do you have an program equip just for me to tried? Just wonder God bless you and he continue used by him to help his children get an more healthy life for his glory and purpose on their lives.
